Join your crew at the Coral Sea Marina Airlie Beach at 8 a.m. for a headcount, and then depart at 8:30 a.m. Are you feeling energised? Assist in hoisting the sails! Alternatively, sit back and relax as you float across the Whitsunday Passage to Whitsunday Island, where you will anchor at Tongue Bay. Take a guided bushwalk to the Hill Inlet Lookout to get that perfect shot of Whitehaven Beach. After admiring the postcard views, get in amongst them and sink your toes into the unique silica sand. Climb the driftwood tree, say hello to the local sea creatures, or go shelling on the beach. You’ll sail north in the afternoon to another island, where you’ll anchor just before sunset. Enjoy a drink and some pre-dinner snacks while watching the sun set over the Whitsundays. After dinner, grab a drink and strike up a conversation with your new friends.
Breakfast first, then snorkelling gear on, ready to jump in over the fringing coral reefs. Beautiful tropical fish and other marine life, including a turtle if you’re lucky, will greet you as you swim, dart, and go about your business. It’s time for morning tea before moving on to another location for a swim, snorkel, or beach stop.
After lunch, it’s time to raise the sails and make our way across the Whitsunday Passage. Return to Airlie Beach at 4 p.m. (Perfect time to check into your hotel, refresh, and meet your new friends for an after-party!
For the duration of your trip, all meals and snacks are included. Our team prepares each meal from scratch using locally sourced, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Typically served buffet-style, you can eat wherever you want on board. Meals are a great time to socialise with your fellow travellers.
Continental breakfasts; healthy, fresh, and hearty lunches; traditional ‘Aussie’ BBQ dinners; and even dessert! With large portions and plenty of snacks in between, you’ll never go hungry. Throughout the day, tea and coffee are available.
