But once yournIf you have travelled on any sector on your pass, it is deemed 100% nonrnrefundable; this includs sectors booked in that you have not travelled onrnbut did not cancel with the service provider.rn• If any tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, the service providersrnTerms and conditions will apply.rn• Purchasing any travels through Cheap Az Travel via credit card willrnincur a maximum 2% credit card fee; however, we do offer bank transferrnat 0% charge.rnDATE CHANGES:rnIn the event that you need to change dates on tours, transport, and/orrnaccommodation there may be price fluctuations associated with this and you will bernrequired to pay the gap. This refund is subject to Cheap Az Travel beingrnfully refunded the amount from the Service Provider who is cancelling the tour orrntravel service.rnDifferent cancellation policies are applied by each service provider. Cheap Az Travelrnis bound by these cancellation policies. Please familiarise yourself with theserncancellation policies at the time of purchase. Cheap Az Travel will assist in directingrnyou to these if requested by you.rnIf a tour does depart but you are not able to get to the tour due to weather or otherrncircumstances, the tour company may not refund you.
