About the day:
An unforgettable Ningaloo Reef adventure awaits! Join our experienced crew to witness humpback whale migrations and potentially swim with these majestic creatures.
Morning (7:15 AM – Reef Exploration)
- Depart from Coral Bay
- Check-in at our shop, gear up, and board our comfortable vessel.
- Guided snorkel on Ningaloo Reef (UNESCO-listed)—spot turtles, rays, sharks, and colorful fish.
- Head to the outer reef with spotter plane assistance to locate humpback whales.
Whale Swim (If Conditions Permit)
- Swimmers enter the water quietly, guided by crew and pilot communication.
- Whales decide if they interact—they may approach or pass by.
- Chance encounters with whale sharks or manta rays (seasonal).
Afternoon (Lunch & Second Snorkel)
- Enjoy a full lunch buffet onboard.
- Optional second reef snorkel (time permitting).
- Return to shore by ~4:00 PM.
Important Notes:
No full refunds, credits, or vouchers if whales/sharks aren’t encountered.
Refund Policy: If no swim attempt occurs, swimmers receive a partial refund (difference between swimmer/snorkeler rates).
Humpback Whale Swimmers: Partake in all snorkelling activities including an in-water interaction with humpback whale(s) when possible.
Snorkellers: Partake in all snorkelling activities with the exception of the in-water interaction with humpback whales or whale sharks.
Child under 6 years old: Partake in all snorkelling activities with the exception of the in-water interaction with humpback whales or whale sharks.
Observers: Remain on the vessel for the entirety of the tour, no swimming or snorkelling.
Camera Policy & Tour Requirements
Cameras:
- You’re welcome to bring cameras and GoPros on tour and for general snorkeling
- Not permitted during humpback whale interactions
- Our professional photographer will capture these special moments for you
Snorkeling Requirements:
- Recommended for experienced snorkelers only
- If your skills aren’t sufficient during the morning snorkel, you may not participate in whale swims
- We’ll refund the price difference between swimmer and snorkeler rates in this case
