The Cape Tribulation 1 Day Tour also know as the Daintree Rainforest Day Tour starts your day off with a beautiful coastline drive from Cairns to Port Douglas. With breathtaking views of the Coral Sea, this breathtaking journey is a photographer’s paradise. Mossman Gorge is Tropics Explorer’s first stop as it travels north. This is situated in Daintree National Park’s renowned southern region. Additionally, the Mossman River’s icy mountain waters have chiselled away this gorge. This travels through enormous granite boulders and is surrounded by lush, green jungle.
Cape Tribulation Departures
- Departs Cairns from 7 a.m.
- Returns Cairns approx. 7.30 pm
You’ll take part in a “Welcome to Country” ceremony in this enchanted location. Along with the Kuku Yalanji people, the original proprietors. Who will also perform a smoke ceremony to rid you of evil spirits? Then, if the weather permits, you may take a cooling dip in the cascading waters or go for a stroll through the rainforest.
We board a Daintree River wildlife viewing cruise as we travel farther north. And before you cross the river and go to Cape Tribulation for lunch,. Be sure to keep an eye out for the numerous resident crocodiles. Prior to going on foot through this area,. Take a guided tour of the historic rainforest surroundings along the Marrdja Botanical Boardwalk.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS / IMPAIRMENTS AND DISABILITIES
All rafting participants must disclose any medical condition prior to traveling with Foaming Fury. Be aware that some medical conditions may exclude people from participating in our tours eg pregnancy.
LIABILITY RELEASE FORMS
Whitewater rafting contains a certain element of risk and all participants must sign a Liability Release Form prior to rafting. People traveling under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian to be able to sign this form at the arranged pick up point.
RAFTING MINIMUM AGES
Customers for our Family Fun on the river tour must be six years and older to participate in the trip.
Customers for our Barron Rafting tour on the river tour must be thirteen years and older to participate in the trip.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment received a pick up time will be instructed and the tour will begin at the specified time and place

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
All transactions will be processed in AUD. The Card holder and Credit Card used in this booking must be present on the day of the tour to sign and verify the use of their card for this booking. Should the Card holder or Credit Card not be present on the day of travel then another form of payment must be made. If this happens then the original amount will be refunded onto the credit card minus $2.00 for transaction fees. If the Credit Card holder is not present on the tour then the tour operator reserves the right to take payment in full on the day or cancel the customer’s tour, and the relevant cancellation policies would apply.
