Meet your crew 30 mins prior to departure at our office in The Pier Shopping Centre (just past the Shangri-la Hotel Lobby) for check in then you will be led down to Cairns Marlin Marina where you will board our fast vessel ‘Mad Max’ and take an exhilarating trip to Upolu Reef. You will have a wonderful 2 hours exploring the reef with our snorkel guide before heading back to Cairns. Don’t worry about getting hungry because snacks are provided and drinks are for sale on board.

Sites are weather and tide permitting. Please note departure times may sometimes be weather and tidal dependent.
Reef Adventures may use photographs/videos of our clients in promotional material, including social media, however if you do not consent please let us know. Tour photos will be posted to our Facebook page for guests to view.
Clients should note that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of the clients which are beyond our control. Tours are not suitable for guests with pre-existing back, neck or hip injuries or who are heavily pregnant. Minimum age 6 years. A signed waiver will be required from all participants prior to departure. We recommend you take out travel insurance.
A moderate level of fitness is required for snorkelling as it can be a strenuous activity. Flotation devices are provided for guest who require them.
Cancellations less that 24 hours prior to departure no refund will be given. To ensure guest safety, we may have to cancel tours due to unfavourable weather conditions. You can join us on another day or be issued a full refund.
