Getting here?

The easiest way to get to Port Lincoln on the Eyre Peninsula is with a flight. Rex and QantasLink both provide a service here and it’s only a short 1 hour or so journey. The alternative is a 10 hour bus ride with Premier Stateliner or a 7 hour drive.

What can I do?

Do yourself a favour and taste some oysters, Eyre Peninsula is home to coffin bay. This region is famous for it’s delicious oysters and they are not to be missed. You can even do a tour of an Oyster farm!

While enjoying some oysters you could also explore coffin bay national park. The Gawler ranges national park is also located here and is great to explore and checkout the famous Organ Pipes.

The main reason that your probably on the Eyre peninsula is to do a Shark cage dive! A 3 hour boat charter with Calypso star charters will see you arrive at the Neptune islands. Here you have the once in a lifetime opportunity to get into the water with Great White Sharks. Of course you’ll be safely in a cage dangled off the back of the boat. Simply marvel at these amazing creatures up close and take it all in.

Another popular adventure here is the chance to swim with sea lions! The puppies of the sea are adorable and alot of fun to swim with so get amongst it!
