Spend a full day exploring the spectacular Whitsundays fringe reef while fishing some of the region’s most productive fringe reefs. Guided by experienced local skipper Adam, you’ll head to carefully selected fishing grounds using decades of local knowledge to maximise your chances of landing quality reef and pelagic species. Target Coral Trout, Tusk Fish, Grass Emperor, GT, Spanish Mackerel and more using a variety of techniques including jigging, bottom fishing, live baiting and topwater casting. With small group sizes, personalised guidance and quality gear provided, this charter is ideal for both experienced anglers and beginners. Enjoy fresh sandwiches during the day, relax at scenic island locations, and finish with your catch professionally filleted and ready to take home.

Your Day On The Water
- Fish the productive fringe reefs & shoals of the Whitsunday’s
- Depart from VMR boat ramp or Shute Harbour boat ramp (weather depending) at 7am .Returning around 4pm
- Be guided by Adam, with decades of local knowledge to find the best spots
- Target quality species like Coral Trout, Tusk fish, Grass Emperor, GT Spanish Mackerel and much more.
- Use a mix of techniques including jigging, bottom fishing, live baiting and topwater casting
- Enjoy lunch on the go or relax at a scenic spot
- Get hands-on guidance or just get stuck straight into fishing — your choice
- Have your catch filleted and ready to take home at the end of the day

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.
• No-shows or failure to arrive at the departure point on time will be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.
• If Whitsundays Fishing Guide cancels a trip due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the choice of:
A full refund, or
Transfer of the booking to an alternative date.
• In the event that offshore conditions are unsuitable, Whitsundays Fishing Guide may offer an alternative river or sheltered-water experience where appropriate. Guests may choose to accept the alternative trip or receive a refund if the original charter cannot be operated safely.
• Whitsundays Fishing Guide reserves the right to alter trip locations, departure points, and itineraries where necessary due to weather, safety, tides, or operational requirements.
