Your Day On The Water
- Spend the day fishing and crabbing along the Proserpine River, exploring its winding creeks and hidden spots.
- Meet at Proserpine boat ramp at 7am for a full day on the water returning around 4pm
- Be guided by Adam, with decades of local knowledge of the river and its best fishing grounds.
- Set and check crab pots in proven locations, targeting those big mud crabs.
- Cruise the river targeting species like barramundi and other local favourites.
- Get hands-on guidance or just get stuck straight into it your choice.
- Stop for lunch surrounded by some of the most authentic Aussie bush scenery in the Whitsundays.
- Keep an eye out… you might even spot a croc or two along the banks.
- Pull your pots and bring up some delicious mud crabs to take home.
- Your catch will be cleaned and filleted, and you’ll get tips on preparing and cooking your crabs at the end of the day.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.
• No-shows or failure to arrive at the departure point on time will be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.
• If Whitsundays Fishing Guide cancels a trip due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the choice of:
A full refund, or
Transfer of the booking to an alternative date.
• In the event that offshore conditions are unsuitable, Whitsundays Fishing Guide may offer an alternative river or sheltered-water experience where appropriate. Guests may choose to accept the alternative trip or receive a refund if the original charter cannot be operated safely.
• Whitsundays Fishing Guide reserves the right to alter trip locations, departure points, and itineraries where necessary due to weather, safety, tides, or operational requirements.
