Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures is one of the longest continually operating tourist attractions in Australia. The business began in 1934 as a road house for weary motorists.
Did you know for instance Hartley’s is the No.1 spot to see crocodiles up close in North Queensland. Take a 25-minute cruise on Hartley’s Lagoon during your visit in their specially designed boats. To observe crocodiles in a coastal melaleuca wetland ( included in ticket).
The crocodile farm and wildlife tourist attraction now occupies over 15 hectares of bushland. That is home to an abundance of local flora and fauna. Creating a truly authentic wildlife experience.
Over 2,500 metres of timber boardwalks and pathways consequently take visitors on a journey of discovery through woodlands, rainforest and melaleuca wetlands.
The admission price includes access to the wildlife displays and natural area. All wildlife presentations, at least one boat ride on Hartley’s Lagoon, various self-guided walks, and free wildlife information sheets. In the event of adverse weather conditions or operational requirements, we reserve our right to restrict access to some areas and amend boat cruise times to ensure visitor safety. This may vary and times and cruises altered due to COVID-19.
