With this small group (maximum of 8 participants) hiking excursion in The Grampians National Park, you can completely immerse yourself in a stunning landscape that will stay with you forever.

Our first hike of the Grampians 1 day tour is a leisurely 4.2 km roundtrip climb that takes us past the Grand Canyon and Silent Street among other amazing rock formations before ending at The Pinnacle, the park’s most recognisable landmark. There will be plenty of time to take in the surroundings and take some beautiful shots of this well-known jagged rock face.

As soon as we get back, we’ll pause for a delectable cafe or bakery lunch before making the ascent to MacKenzie Falls. One of Victoria’s biggest and most stunning waterfalls is located at the end of this short, steep 2-kilometer hike. To cool up your feet, feel free to immerse your toes in the chilly mountain water.

The gorgeous Boroka Lookout is where we’ll stop next, where you can take in breathtaking views of the Halls Gap, Lake Bellfield, and Mt. William mountain ranges. Before heading back to Melbourne, we stop in the charming nearby community of Halls Gap where we’ll share one of the local kangaroos’ favourite hanging areas.

The walks on the Grampians 1 day tour

Two primary walks are available on our Grampians tour. First up is a 4.2-kilometer roundtrip walk to the Pinnacles. It does need a fair deal of fitness to complete this climb, therefore visitors with mobility concerns could find it too challenging. Our next climb is more of a stroll besides a little waterfall. The roughly 500 steps that lead to Mackenzie Falls can be difficult for some.
