INTRO DIVE
One of the most beautiful things to do in Cairns is scuba diving on the outer Great Barrier Reef. You will discover the outer reef’s marine wonderland, which includes colourful fish, turtles, a variety of coral, and more!
Firstly Introductory dives are for non-certified divers who want to try scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef. We suit you up and leap in the water for the thrill of a lifetime as we guide you through this spectacular paradise after an in-depth briefing from our trained diving experts.
During your introductory scuba dive, you will master the fundamental skills needed to dive to depths of up to 12 metres. While accompanied by one of our PADI-certified dive instructors. In addition, the scuba diving experience might last up to 20 minutes. Allowing you time to settle down and enjoy your first dive on the Great Barrier Reef. The minimum age for beginner diving, however, is 12 years old.
In summary, Down Under Cruise & Dive is a thrilling trip suitable for people of all ages. either from couples or lone travellers. Don’t forget to bring a cap, towel, swimwear, water bottle, and most importantly, sun protection. And your day will be headed in the right direction.

- 8.00AM: Secondly Evolution departs Cairns to its first location intro dive
- 11:30AM: Enjoy a BBQ buffet lunch onboard
- 1:00PM: Evolution arrives at its second location
- 3:00PM: Evolution departs for Cairns
- 4:30PM: Evolution arrives back in Cairns
