Taste the finest Australian wine, whisky, rum, gin, vodka, ale, and cider produced on-site at the winery, distilleries, and microbrewery & farm bar in the picturesque Derwent Valley.
A lovely day of seeing the picturesque countryside and stopping at worthy boutique locations. Meet the Makers who are passionate about what they do and sample the results of their labour in picturesque locations that are ideal for unwinding and enjoying the little things.
We will visit one of two country pubs for a traditional Australian pub dinner, which can cost anywhere from $10 to $30. Lunch is an optional extra. Pub #1 is Bush Inn, which opened in 1823 and has been around since, or Pub #2 is Heartlands Hotel in Gretna. Take a meal where the locals do.
Each tasting is a representation of science, passion, and a story that is spread over a stunning section of the Derwent. The emphasis of this tour may be even more on the surroundings and the whole than just the finished product you will be tasting, smelling, and savouring, as cosy and comfortable as the sampling are.

Both residents and visitors will enjoy this adventure. The legal drinking age is 18 years old. Although wearing comfortable shoes is advised, persons with limited mobility can still enjoy the trip because very little walking is required to move from one seat to the next.
