You may notice Mt Wellington in the background while in Hobart. It’s definitely worth heading up to the top for spectacular views of the city and it’s surrounds. A popular choice is to do the “Mt Wellington Descent” on a mountain bike.

When it’s time to explore the rest of Tasmania there’s a couple of options available to you. If you’re short on time you can check out the 3 day 2 night west coast trip. Highlights include Russell falls, Mt Field national park, the Tarkine Rainforest and of course hiking Cradle Mountain.

If the east coast beckons you then the 5 day 4 night tour might be your flavour. Those with more time can opt for the 6 day 5 night tour which does the lap of tassie and includes the east coast.
